Dedagroup, a leading software company specializing in SaaS solutions and controlled by the Podini family, has acquired 100% of Scai Group, a Tortona-based firm focused on managing processes, infrastructures, and applications for experience design and business process management.

The shares were sold by Easit Srl.
Deda received financial and tax advisory support from Studio Scozzi Commercialisti and legal advice from A&O Shearman.
Founded in 1973, Scai operates 13 offices across Italy and has a presence in Warsaw and Dubai, serving over 450 clients, including major insurance and banking groups, transport and telecommunications operators, and government institutions. Scai specializes in areas such as Extended Reality, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Transformation, and has competence centers in ERP, Multimedia & Smart City, Cybersecurity, and Cloud. In 2023, the company reached over 1,400 employees and generated revenues of €123 million, up from €107.1 million in 2022, with a net financial debt of €34.2 million.
