Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz stated a few hours ago that if Hamas does not release all the hostages, the IDF – the Israeli military – will begin annexing the Gaza Strip, evacuating the population, and expanding security zones around Gaza to ensure the safety of Israeli communities and soldiers.

Katz claimed that Hamas would lose more and more territory, and that Israel would apply all forms of pressure – both military and civilian – to achieve the goal, such as evacuating Gaza's population southward and implementing the voluntary migration plan for Gaza residents proposed by Trump.

Meanwhile, Egyptian President Abdelfattah al-Sisi, during meetings in recent weeks with other Arab leaders in Cairo, stated that Egypt is willing to temporarily host half a million Gaza residents in northern Sinai during Gaza Strip's reconstruction.

However, the announcement has raised some concerns for the Jordanian government, which has stated that it is only willing to host the families of the injured and just for a short period.
