Trump declared a national energy emergency and revoked the Biden administration's directives on diversity, as well as release restrictions on offshore drilling on federal land: “we will drill baby drill”. America possesses the largest oil and gas reserves, and Trump intends to increase oil and gas drilling, fill strategic reserves, and export these resources globally. “America will be rich again”. Regarding this matter, President Trump stated that the price of renewable energy sources will rise and immediately withdrew the U.S. from the Paris Agreement on climate, as he previously did during his previous presidency.
