NTT Data acquires The Cloud People to boost global ServiceNow growth

NTT Inc on Friday announced that subsidiary NTT Data has acquired The Cloud People Group AS to expand its ServiceNow expertise and strengthen global reach.

The Tokyo-based telecommunications company said the Oslo, Norway-headquartered The Cloud People will join NTT Data Business Solutions, adding 130 active customers to its portfolio.

Founded in 2019, The Cloud People is one of Europe's largest pure‑play ServiceNow partners, with offices across northern Europe, the US and Brazil.
