SoftBank to issue 500 billion yen bond due December 2032

SoftBank Group Corp, a Tokyo-based investment holding company, plans to issue a JPY 500 billion 3.98% unsecured straight corporate bond due December 8, 2032.
SoftBank says the bond will be redeemed in full upon maturity, and may be repurchased and redeemed any time from commencement.
Offering period will start tomorrow through December 5, with an issue date set on December 8.
