Amazon.com Inc prices USD15.00 billion of notes in six tranches.
The issuance includes USD2.50 billion 3.900% notes maturing November 20, 2028, USD2.50 billion 4.100% notes maturing November 20, 2030 and USD1.50 billion 4.350% notes maturing March 20, 2033.
It also includes USD3.50 billion 4.650% notes maturing November 20, 2035, USD3.00 billion 5.450% notes maturing November 20, 2055, and USD2.00 billion 5.550% notes maturing November 20, 2065. Settlement is scheduled on Thursday.
