Exxon Mobil sells stakes in certain French businesses

Exxon Mobil Corp - Houston, Texas-based oil and gas company - North Atlantic France SAS buys Exxon Mobil's entire stake in Esso Societe Anonyme Française SA and ExxonMobil Chemical France.
In May, North Atlantic France SAS entered exclusive negotiations with ExxonMobil France Holding SAS by signing a put option agreement.
The completion of the transaction is still expected in the fourth quarter.
