Versace revenue falls 21% in Q4 FY2025 ahead of Prada acquisition

Versace, the Italian luxury fashion brand, reported $208 million in revenue for Q4 of fiscal year 2025 (ending March 29), down 21.2% year-over-year on a reported basis and 19.7% at constant exchange rates, according to Capri Holdings.

Gross profit totaled $136 million with a margin of 65.4%, compared to $171 million and 64.8% a year earlier. The brand posted an operating loss of $13 million, versus an operating profit of $1 million in Q4 FY2024.

As previously announced, Capri Holdings has entered a definitive agreement to sell Versace to Prada for $1.375 billion in cash, subject to adjustments. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
