Italian Ministry to sell shares in Poste Italiane

Poste Italiane announced on Thursday that it has started, together with the MEF, the procedure at Consob for the approval of the prospectus relating to the offer of shares by the Treasury itself, following the approval of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 17 September.

Procedure was temporarily stopped

The company recalls that this procedure has been temporarily interrupted pending the decisions and assessments underway regarding the methods and timing of the offer.
