Revolut reaches record valuation of $75 billion

The British fintech Revolut has reached a new record valuation of $75 billion following a secondary share sale, confirming its position among the most valuable private companies in the fintech sector.

The company completed a secondary share sale, in which some existing shareholders sold their stakes to new investors, including Coatue, Greenoaks, Andreessen Horowitz, and Nvidia’s venture arm.

The transaction does not bring new capital directly into the company, but updates Revolut’s market valuation, reflecting investor confidence in its international growth and expansion plans.
