Following the death of Giorgio Armani, the fashion house has unveiled a new leadership structure. The appointment of Giuseppe Marsocci aims to ensure continuity and preserve the brand’s strategic vision, with Silvana Armani and Leo Dell’Orco taking key executive roles.
The Armani Group confirmed that Giuseppe Marsocci has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, while Silvana Armani, the founder’s sister, becomes Vice President. The board also named Leo Dell’Orco, Giorgio Armani’s long-time partner, as Chairman.
According to the company, the choice of Marsocci reflects his 35 years of international experience in fashion and luxury, including 23 years within the Armani Group. He previously served as CEO of Armani America in New York and, since 2019, as Deputy General Manager and Global Chief Commercial Officer, working closely with Giorgio Armani on global business operations.
“His international experience, deep understanding of the company and the industry, and his close collaboration with Mr. Armani make Giuseppe the natural choice to ensure continuity of the founder’s vision,” said Leo Dell’Orco, the new Chairman of the Board.
