Edison Board appoints Bernard Fontana as non-executive director

Edison’s Board of Directors has appointed Bernard Fontana as a company director, replacing Luc Rémont. Fontana, co-opted by the Board, will serve until the next Shareholders' Meeting, in accordance with Italian law.

His appointment restores the composition of the Board as defined by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 3, 2025: eleven members (six men and five women), ten of whom are non-executive, including four independents.

Fontana has declared that he does not hold any Edison shares as of the date of his appointment.
