Swiss business morale edges higher
This indicates that the Swiss economy is growing steadily, though without significant momentum. All production-side indicator categories contributed to the increase. Positive trends were observed across manufacturing, financial and insurance services, the hospitality sector, other services, and construction.
Consumer demand remains steady
On the demand side, consumer demand indicators remained largely unchanged, still suggesting a relatively favorable outlook. However, the outlook for foreign demand has become more subdued.
