Nextalia has reorganized its structure, consolidating all Private Equity practices under a single leadership. Valentina Pippolo, formerly with the German fund Bregal, has been appointed as the new Chief Investment Officer for Equity.

The company, founded and led by Francesco Canzonieri, also announced the formation of its Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) for the 2024-2027 term. Established in 2021 as a strategic think tank, the SAB supports the board in analyzing key economic and social trends and exploring future market scenarios.
Further changes
The new SAB will consist of 14 prominent figures from industry, finance, academia, and social sectors, led by Francesco Micheli, president of Micheli Associati and Genextra. Notable members include Gianni Letta, Giampiero Massolo, Gaetano Miccichè, Alberto Oliveti, Umberta Gnutti Beretta, Emma Marcegaglia, Silvia Merlo, Giustina Mistrello Destro, Domenico Catanese, Fabrizio Palenzona, Alessandro Rivera, Massimo Tononi, and Federico Vecchioni.
